SOYA (called "SOYA", "we", "our" or "us") takes your privacy very seriously and is willing to assure you that your personal information will be kept confidential. The following is our policy for processing the collected data, which applies to any data provided or collected through our website http://soya.hk/Shop and/or mobile apps and/or services. Our apps include SOYA mobile and tablet apps or any apps on social media or other websites (all referred to as "apps") and branches (all referred to as "services"). We will comply with the requirements set by the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, which is revised from time to time, to achieve personal data protection standards.
1. Personal data we collect

3.2.2 Products, services and promotional activities related to banking, tourism, entertainment and telecommunications provided by our business partners (referred to as "business partners").
3.3 We will provide your information to SOYA Doufu Group and third-party customer rewards, members, cooperative brands or preferential program providers, and the relevant information may be used by the above parties for direct promotion of their products and services. However, we will not disclose your information to any third party for direct marketing purposes without your consent.
3.4 You can contact us through any of the free channels mentioned in paragraph 8 and choose not to receive the marketing notifications mentioned in paragraph 3.2 and/or request us to stop transferring your information to our business partners. If you choose not to receive such promotional materials, you can also choose to unsubscribe from each email, short message or multimedia message (MMS) that we send to you, or notify us in other ways.
4. Disclosure of information to third parties
4.1 We will not transfer, sell, rent or trade your information with third parties (including our business partners). However, we will transfer your information to the following third parties located in or outside Hong Kong:
4.1.1 Third-party service providers ("third-party service providers") hired by us to assist us in market research, customer service, advertising, printing and gift redemption;

5. Security and accuracy of information
5.1 The data collected from you will be stored in a server with restricted access, or translated into a password and transferred to other servers with authorized third parties listed in paragraph 4.1. We will maintain protective devices to protect the security of these servers and your data.
5.2 The security of your information depends on how you protect your login password. Please do not disclose your login password to unauthorized persons.
5.3 to collect your information, we will take reasonable steps as necessary to ensure that your information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. The information we use constantly, including the information disclosed to third parties, will generally be kept accurate and up-to-date. You can also update or change the information we hold following paragraph 8.
